The Associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is occasionally required to stand walk sit use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls reach with hands and arms balance stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl talk or hear. Secures and locks customer vehicles when returning vehicles to the parking lot areas upon completion of service.Road test vehicles after completion of services to ensure safe and satisfactory operating conditions.He/she will drive customers’ vehicles into and out of the shop area and is responsible for consistently displaying the highest quality of work and customer service.Safety and Housekeeping Responsibilities Installs seat covers, floor mats and steering wheel covers prior to entering a customer’s vehicle and removes them upon completion Ensures proper level of inspection is completed on each car per GEARS Process.Maintains average productive “billed labor hours” equivalent to 50% of hours worked (clocked hours) during any consecutive twelve week period.
